Custom Print Works can produce durable parts measuring 3" - 5".  This size is generally limited by our tooling capabilities, but we have on many occasions been able to modify the entire process to meet the needs of customers.

EPS molding produces parts that are inexpensive, light-weight, will float and have tremendous versatility.  While this is principally a "high-volume" process, we can supply any quantity.  Many of our Antenna Balls and other novelty items are made using this material and method of manufacture.  Typically paint is applied to the EPS parts utilizing our automated lines.  This provides a nice finished surface suitable for pad printing, but printing can be applied directly to the "raw" EPS part as well as decals and other decoration.
